1How long does it take to receive cabinets?
ProCraft can typically be picked up RTA (unassembled) in 1-3 business days. ProCraft assembled takes about 8 business days and if there are modifications add 2 business days to the lead time.

2Do you bring my cabinets inside the home?
Our local in home delivery service is offered to deliveries made within 35 miles from our showroom. The delivery service will include 2 delivery personnel to bring the products into your home. Please note, we will only deliver up 1 flight of stairs. If there are additional flights of stairs, their may be an additional charge. Please have a designated area to place the cabinets. It is recommended to have some type of floor covering placed down to set the cabinetry on when being delivered. It is also recommended to have the walkway to the designated cabinet placement zone covered as well, because the delivery personnel cannot remove their footwear or use coverings due to safety reasons.
3How far do you deliver?
We offer an in home delivery service up to 35 miles from our location. Orders outside of the 35 mile radius need to be assessed on a case by case scenario. Typically, orders that need to ship outside of the 35 mile radius will ship via LTL or common carrier.
4Do you have cabinet measurers, cabinet installers, and/or cabinet service calls?
We do not provide measuring, installing, or any on-site cabinet services.
5Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, warranties vary by product and manufacture. All warranty information can be found on our warranty page.
6What happens if I am not home to receive my delivery?
The delivery will need to be rescheduled and you will charged an additional delivery fee. Orders that are not picked up or delivered within three business days of the original scheduled date will incur a storage fee of $35 per business day. These fees must be paid in full to JPD Kitchen Depot before the order will be released to the customer.
7Can I modify my order once it has been placed?
Changes to orders require cancellation of the order and consequently making a new one. Order revisions or cancellations made within 24 hours of ordering are allowed without question. If an order has already been sent to warehouse assembly or shipment, revision or cancellation will subject the whole order to 25% restocking fee and delay the pickup or delivery to the next available date. Rescheduling an order already sent to the warehouse assembly or shipment will incur a storage fee of $35 per business day from the original scheduled date.
